ارزیابی برخی از خصوصیات میوه و عملکرد ژنوتیپ‌های امیدبخش زیتون در استان کرمانشاه

چکیده

به‌منظور ارزیابی برخی خصوصیات میوه هفت ژنوتیپ امیدبخش زیتون و یک رقم تجاری زیتون به عنوان شاهد آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی زیتون دالاهو شهرستان سرپل‌ذهاب واقع در استان کرمانشاه در سال 1395 و 1396 اجرا گردید. عملکرد میوه در درخت و ویژگی‌های میوه از قبیل وزن میوه، وزن گوشت، وزن هسته، درصد گوشت میوه، درصد ماده خشک عملکرد و محتوای روغن اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که ژنوتیپ‌ها تفاوت معنی‌داری از نظر خصوصیات میوه و عملکرد میوه و روغن داشتند. اثر متقابل ژنوتیپ × سال بر وزن میوه، گوشت و هسته، درصد گوشت، عملکرد میوه و روغن معنی‌دار بود. ژنوتیپDd1 (رقم دیره) با میانگین 87/7 گرم، دارای بیشترین وزن میوه بودند و ژنوتیپPs1 با میانگین 31/3 گرم، کمترین مقدار وزن میوه را داشت. اثر ژنوتیپ‌، سال و اثر متقابل آنها بر عملکرد و میوه و روغن در سطح احتمال 1% معنی‌دار بود. بیشترین عملکرد میوه و روغن مربوط به ژنوتیپ ‌Bn6 به‌ترتیب با 17653کیلوگرم در هکتار و 10/2362 کیلوگرم در هکتار بود. رقم سویلانو کمترین مقدار عملکرد میوه با میانگین 3000 کیلوگرم در هکتار و روغن با میانگین دو ساله 90/218 کیلوگرم در هکتار را داشت. با توجه به عملکرد میوه و روغن، ژنوتیپ‌های Bn6 و Dd1 به‌عنوان ژنوتیپ‌های برتر در مقایسه با سایر ژنوتیپ‌ها و رقم شاهد شناخته شدند.

To evaluate some fruit characteristics and yield of seven promising olive genotypes a field experiment was carried out- using randomized complete block design with three replications in 2016 in Dallaho research station, Sarepol Zahab, Iran. Fruit yield and some fruit characteristics including; fruit weight, stone weight, drymatter (%), oil content were measured. Results showed that genotypes were significantly different for fruit yield and fruit characteristics. Genotype × year interaction effect was significant on fruit weight, fruit flesh weight, stone weight, flesh percentage, fruit yield and oil yield. Dd1 genotype with mean of 7.87 g had the heighest and Ps1 genotype with 3.31 g had the least fruit weight. Genotype, year and genotype × year interaction effects were significant on fruit yield and oil yield. The highest fruit and oil yield belonged to Bn6 with 17653 kgha-1 and 2362.1, respectively. Cultivar Sevillano had the lowest fruit yield (3000 kgha-1) and oil yield (218.9 kgha-1). Considering fruit and oil yield, Bn6 and Dd1 were identified as superior genotypes.
